After many months of pain, sleepless nights and not knowing what the fuck was going on with my body. I finally started to see incredible results over the last month, and I've been inadvertently helping a lot of my CPPS/HF symptoms along the way. Here is where I am at now: My Symptoms Now (Dec 2020): - Hardly anymore urinary frequency (6-10x a day while drinking at least a gallon of water a day). I go now only once a night to pee at most, but have been for my entire life so that's not new for me. - No more burning pee and full pressure with peeing - but still have weird streams every now and then - No more bladder pain or lower abdominal discomforts - Penis pains while flaccid mostly gone (can sleep on my side most nights now without any pain too) - Bend in penis is going away slowly - Nightttime erections are back - Morning wood is back - Balanitis required coconut oil and Lotrimen being applied to jock/penis, which is now gone but requires managing. Maybe this was bloodflow related, maybe this was candida related.
